If you’re visiting Hobart or looking for a gym for some casual training, you’re welcome to join our Group Fitness Classes or drop in for your own training during Open Gym hours.

If you get stuck, please feel free to head into the gym during opening hours and we’ll help you get moving.

Book your time slot

Visit our timetable and find a session that suits your schedule, or visit us any time during our Open Gym hours for a chat.

Provide your details

Provide us with your contact details and make sure you’re happy to sign our waiver before getting started.

Arrive Early

Arrive 10 minutes early, where you’ll be greeted by one of our trainers who’ll welcome you to the gym and help you get ready for a workout.
